• An Award-Winning Fan-Fueled Event For FOX

Back in September of 2021, the Brave New Media team was brought on to collaborate with FOX TV on an award-winning interactive event fueled by its loyal fans.

Brave New Media team is no stranger to FOX, as one of our long-term clients, we’ve helped produce many of their successful virtual events such as their Press Days, Upfronts, and Town Halls. But for this one, being the first of its kind, Brave New Media was brought on to collaborate with Renhaus and bring this exclusive virtual public event to life.

With exciting previews of upcoming FOX series, live performances of The Masked Singer and Alter Ego, a virtual photo booth, exciting free giveaways and more, FOX needed a robust and reliable platform to host all of its fan activations on. We set up the domain with FOX IT and then built out the website to integrate the environment from Renhaus, who specializes in 3D virtual world-building. The site included branded break-out rooms and activations for the audience to sign in to and participate in, like the Main Theatre for sneak peeks, the Tubi Diner for giveaways and games, and even a speakeasy with a full live DJ set. Each one with its own perk and interactive concept behind it, meant to stimulate, engage and inspire affinity with the FOX network. On the day of, we ensured everything ran smoothly for the fans at home.

The FOX TV Fan Hub turned out to be such a success that it won the 2021 BizBash ‘Best Virtual Brand Activation’ award. This recognition really epitomized what we do here at Brave New Media, cross-collaborating with various corporate groups, clients, and agencies while creating and building something brand new.

The event was hosted by Ronen Rubenstein and inspired audience participation through Q&A’s, with the audience tuning in live for their answers. It also featured other interactive features like the tour of the historic FOX Lot in Century City, as well as an exclusive sneak peek into new content hosted on their new streaming service, Tubi.

Bringing lots of groups together to host a successful live, public-facing event is no easy feat but through all the engaging and innovative branded activations on the newly designed website, we were able to truly collaborate on a cutting-edge streaming platform that did it all and then some.
